PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ON ANY OTHER DATE THAN THE SPECIFIED DATES- The calendar will let you book any date, but I will only have to move you to the date offered if you book on the wrong date as these are on a set schedule OFFERED 11/15 only . LOTS OF CUTE COCOA AND COOKIE PROPS! PLEASE INCLUDE NAMES AND AGES OF ALL CHILDREN IN THE SESSION WHEN BOOKING- ALSO PLEASE INCLUDE A TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR REMINDERS! :) This is a gorgeous large scene with lots of props as well. This includes 8 edited images with print release. Up to 5 total people are included - You may add on additional images at 20$ each per image - Each additional participant is 20$ PLEASE bring the least number of people possible to the session. A crowded room does make kids more anxious and makes it harder for them to pay attention. You will receive a reminder with instructions for your session arrival and the balance invoice 3 days prior to the session. BALANCE IS DUE 3 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION - If the balance is not received 3 days prior, I have to offer the slot to those on the waiting list. SANTA SESSION RETAINERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND CAN'T BE USED TOWARDS A FUTURE SESSION SHOULD CLIENT CANCEL- NO EXCEPTIONS Swapping scenes is not available for any holiday session . LATE ARRIVALS will not be able to make up for that time lost as SANTA sessions are back to back I CAN'T ACCOMMODATE SWITCHING OF SCENES ONCE BOOKED
