Service Description
Please message/call to book A most special milestone in childhood. They take about 45 minutes and 15 fully edited images are included. You can always upgrade and add on additional edited images at a discounted cost. Retainers are NON REFUNDABLE and MUST be paid within 2 days of receiving an invoice, after that the session slot opens for others to book. Sessions slots can not be held without a paid retainer.
Cancellation Policy
Retainers are non-refundable. Retainers for SANTA, the EASTER BUNNY, LIVE ANIMAL , or OUTDOOR SESSIONS or any other specified booking CAN'T be used towards a future session if client cancels the session. Studio sessions may be rescheduled one time to use the retainer towards a future session unless specified otherwise (Santa, Bunny, Live Animal, etc not applicable ) but 48 hours notice must be given. Outdoor Sessions retainers may NOT be used towards a future session should client cancel. These are only rescheduled only for weather and that determination is made on the DAY OF the session. If you need to reschedule you must leave an additional retainer
