Please message/call to book - the site calendar is not always up to date Outdoor Family Sessions are FUN! The kids love them and the result is something you will cherish forever. Even if your kids are teenagers- DO IT! It is NEVER too late for a family session. These sessions are done at one of my working locations. They take about 45 minutes and 15 edited images are included. You can always upgrade and add on additional edited images at a discounted cost. Up to 5 people are included in this session. (You can add on at 15$ per person thereafter.) Locations included in the above session cost - Lusscroft Farms & High Point State Park. GREY TOWERS LOCATION IS AN ADDITONAL 25$ (300$ total). Any location requiring admission is the responsibility of the client (sunflower fields/flower fields/pumpkin picking etc). Admission of the photographer is also the responsibility of the client and will be included in the session cost. I am available for booking on other locations, however , depending on the travel time, distance, and admission , the above session cost may increase and must be discussed prior to booking. FLEXIBILITY- Outdoor sessions are controlled by Mother Nature and she can be unpredictable regardless of what the forecast says. Outdoor sessions can not be rescheduled based on prior day's forecast. Sessions are rescheduled for weather the day of the session. The decision to reschedule is made by the photographer. If your session must be rescheduled for weather, you must be flexible in rescheduling. There is no guarantee that the next available date will be the same day of the week. If weather forces us to reschedule, your retainer applies to the rescheduled session. I only do outdoor sessions at specific times and dates, so please give a call , message, or text to confirm availability. Retainers are NON REFUNDABLE and MUST be paid within 2 days of receiving an invoice, after that the session slot opens for others to book. Sessions slots can not be held without a paid retainer. RETAINERS FOR OUTDOOR SESSIONS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND CAN'T BE USED TOWARDS A FUTURE SESSION UNLESS PHOTOGRAPHER RESCHEDULES FOR WEATHER. SHOULD YOU CANCEL YOUR OUTDOOR SESSION FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL NEED TO LEAVE ANOTHER RETAINER TO SCHEDULE A FUTURE SESSION. AGAIN- RETAINERS APPLY TO ANY SESSION RESCHEDULED BY THE PHOTOGRAPHER FOR RAIN, ICE, SNOW, UNSAFE CONDITIONS, OR EMERGENCY 2023- OUTDOOR SESSIONS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS-

Cancellation Policy

Retainers are non-refundable. Retainers for SANTA, the EASTER BUNNY, LIVE ANIMAL , or OUTDOOR SESSIONS or any other specified booking CAN'T be used towards a future session if client cancels the session. Studio sessions may be rescheduled one time to use the retainer towards a future session unless specified otherwise (Santa, Bunny, Live Animal, etc not applicable ) but 48 hours notice must be given. Outdoor Sessions retainers may NOT be used towards a future session should client cancel. These are only rescheduled only for weather and that determination is made on the DAY OF the session. If you need to reschedule you must leave an additional retainer
