Birthday - Special Order Theme

Service Description

Please call or message to book as the online calendar is not always up to date and accurate Birthday Sessions have endless possibilities! You don't have to do a Cake Smash , but if you want to , all you have to bring is your baby and the cake! I can accommodate almost any theme but the retainer and booking must be made at least 3 weeks in advance requesting a special order theme I don't have on hand. Most scenes I carry can be found under "Themes and Scenes " on this site. I carry lots of themed scenes, but if you wish to do a theme I don't carry, I can accommodate a custom scene and order pretty much anything! (there is an upcharge for any theme I have to special order so that is why this session selection is priced accordingly). Custom scene sessions are 325$ - 400$ depending on the cost to create/purchase the theme. Just message me and we can discuss the options. Sometimes we can even work with something I already have on hand to make it work! PLEASE CALL OR MESSAGE TO BOOK . These sessions last about 45 minutes to an hour. Sometimes babies need to warm up to new people and new surroundings and time is always allowed for that. These sessions include 15 edited images in a private online gallery. You can add additional images or scenes to the sessions as well. Please call or text to discuss theme, date and time. In warmer months, outdoor cake smash sessions can be scheduled, but please message or call to discuss and book an outdoor birthday session or cake smash. Retainers are Non-Refundable. Client is responsible for bringing the cake due to possible allergies What to bring- -Cake -Drink for Baby -Wipes -Snacks ( in case they don't like the cake, their favorite snack placed on or in the cake helps them dig in) -Their favorite toy -Up to 2 outfit changes -Please avoid bringing other young children to the session who could distract the birthday baby -Please wear casual clothing, as your cake covered baby may some on you too :)

Cancellation Policy

Retainers are non-refundable. Retainers for SANTA, the EASTER BUNNY, LIVE ANIMAL , or OUTDOOR SESSIONS or any other specified booking CAN'T be used towards a future session if client cancels the session. Studio sessions may be rescheduled one time to use the retainer towards a future session unless specified otherwise (Santa, Bunny, Live Animal, etc not applicable ) but 48 hours notice must be given. Outdoor Sessions retainers may NOT be used towards a future session should client cancel. These are only rescheduled only for weather and that determination is made on the DAY OF the session. If you need to reschedule you must leave an additional retainer
